What happens next

If you are successful:

You will be notified by email if your application has been successful by no later than June 30th and told at this point what your grant offer will be. A cheque and accompanying letter will be sent to you shortly thereafter.

All grantees must report to the Foundation on the implementation and outcomes of the project within 1 year of the grant award. A report template can be downloaded from the button at the bottom of the page. The report should be submitted along with photographs and any supporting documentation showing how the funding was spent, including accounts and receipts. Failure to report within one year of the grant award could impact on any future applications.

At the close of the relevant application dates, personal data relating to all the successful applicants will be retained by the Foundation for administrative and archival purposes. Please see the Foundation’s Privacy Statement.

If you are unsuccessful:

If you have not heard from the Foundation by the 30th of June you can assume you have not been successful in being awarded a grant on this occasion. Due to the large number of applications received each year the Foundation will not notify, or enter into correspondence with, unsuccessful applicants regarding its decisions.

Personal data relating to unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed within one month of a decision being made.
